Uplife – The Ultimate Antidepressant
We have put together “Uplife” – the ultimate antidepressant workshop which we believe gives a Godly solution to this pervading problem. We at FHM are all really excited about the keys that the Lord has given us!
The workshop has practical and spiritual components. During the two sessions (about 2hrs each) we invite the participant to examine and engage in a lifestyle regime that lets the joy in, and deals with the issues. The ministry/teaching is scripturally sound, delivered with the love of Jesus.
Uplife – Max
The Apostle Paul says… I decide to do good, but I don’t really do it; I decide not to do bad, but then I do it anyway… something has gone wrong deep within me and gets the better of me every time. Rom 7:19-20.
He then declares, the answer/rescuer is Jesus!
Real lasting change/healing is from the inside out!
Uplife Max unpacks and encourages a Godly pattern to living life to the Max!
The workshop has practical and spiritual components. During the two sessions (about 2 hrs each) we invite the participant to examine on a spiritual scale what leads to life, and what leads to death, and to engage in a lifestyle regime that leads to a “Max” life. The ministry/teaching is scripturally sound, delivered with the love of Jesus.

We examine your spiritual “DNA” in the light of God’s word to see if there may be a root cause to all the “Bad Luck” you and your family may be experiencing. Jesus has given us ways and means to break curses, and move into blessings! With His keys you move further in your God given destiny!
